About Us

900 AM is a radio broadcasting station owned by Gore-Overgaard Broadcasting.  KBIF 900 AM has been serving the Central San Joaquin Valley from Bakersfield to Modesto since 1954.
32 Years ago, in the early 1980's, KBIF went from a day-time station to twenty-four hours a day. The religious programming began to give way to programming serving the Hmong, Punjabi, Laotian and Japanese community of the Central Valley.   Today our programming consists of Hmong and Laotian Monday thru Friday and Punjabi Saturday and Sunday.

KBIF is the only radio station in the Central Valley that broadcasts to the Hmong and Indian community providing news/talk, cultural and music entertainment programming.

Local, regional and national advertising agencies have discovered the value of KBIF radio to reach the large population of the Hmong and Punjabi community.
